Our Coffee & Clay team-building workshop is the perfect way to start the day together. Freshly brewed coffee meets creative energy in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere. Guided by our experienced instructors, you will shape your own ceramic pieces while enjoying coffee as a group. Every sip from your handmade mug will later remind you of this shared experience.

In Hietzing, we can host up to 10 people at one large table. If you don’t mind spreading out over several smaller tables, we can welcome an additional 8 to 10 guests. For larger groups, our Neubau studio offers space for up to 30 participants across three large tables, creating a relaxed and social setting.

+ Duration – 3 hours
The standard workshop lasts 3 hours. Shorter sessions (for example 2 or 2.5 hours) are also possible, and pricing will be adjusted accordingly. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start so we can begin on time and ensure a relaxed flow.

+What you will do
In this hands-on session, you will learn the basics of hand-building while creating your own fully functional tableware. Most participants choose to make a coffee mug, but you are free to design any small piece you like.
You will also experiment with engobes, a special underglaze that can be applied directly to the raw clay. This opens up endless possibilities: add flowers, stripes, vegetables, or abstract designs to make your piece truly one of a kind.
