Fresh Ceramics is a creative ceramics studio with two locations in Vienna. We stand for craftsmanship, creativity, and special experiences — and for making this mindset tangible in every detail, both in our studios and in the digital space. To further build and shape our brand, we are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who thinks strategically, creates content with a strong sense of aesthetics, and understands how to grow our brand over time. This role combines conceptual work with hands-on execution and focuses on developing a coherent, consistent presence across all relevant platforms.
Working model
- Full-time or part-time
- Hybrid: home office with regular presence in our studios for content production
- Office base: Neubau, Vienna
- Start date: immediate
Your role
- Responsibility for the strategic development and ongoing management of our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Conceptualizing and implementing a social media strategy that clearly reflects our brand values
- Proactive content planning on a monthly and campaign basis
- Shaping and evolving storytelling, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Creating, briefing, and overseeing high-quality content formats
- Building and nurturing an engaged community
- Planning, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar)
- Analysing key performance metrics and continuously developing the channels based on insights
- Close collaboration with the marketing and studio teams
About you
- Several years of experience in social media management, ideally in a brand or creative environment
- A strong sense for brands, aesthetics, and visual communication
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
- Solid knowledge of analytics, performance metrics, and platform mechanics
- Experience with paid social and performance marketing is a plus
- Structured, independent, and forward-thinking working style
- Fluent in both German and English
