Create your own large handmade serving plate using 2 kg of clay — perfect for summer dinners, aperitivo nights, and sharing food with friends.

This workshop takes place over 2 sessions.

During the first session, you’ll shape and build your serving plate step by step with guidance from our experienced ceramic artists. Large, flat ceramic pieces are currently some of the most loved forms in the pottery world — but they’re also surprisingly challenging to make well. To keep the plate stable and prevent warping or cracking during drying and firing, we’ll show you the techniques that really make a difference.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll receive a voucher for our glaze workshop. Once your piece has been fired (minimum 2 weeks later), you can book your second session whenever it suits you and glaze your plate in your own style.
