In a relaxed atmosphere, you’ll hand-build your own coffee mug under professional guidance – perfect for your morning brew, as a gift, or simply as your new favorite piece at home. We’ll show you step by step how to shape a functional cup using the simple pinch technique – no previous experience needed!

The highlight?
You’ll get to decorate your piece with colorful underglazes on the outside – add little patterns, botanical designs, a personal message, or whatever creative idea comes to mind!
Your finished mug will be transparent-glazed, professionally fired, and will be food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and microwave-safe.

+ Behind the Scenes
After you’re done working on your piece, we make sure the conditions are right for your piece to dry properly – after a day or two, we turn it upside down and write your initials on it. Depending on the thickness of your creation, it will take 3-10 days to dry completely. Once it’s dry, we fire it at 960 degrees – reaching the proper temperature and cooling takes about 28 hours. After the initial “raw” firing, we dip your piece in the transparent glaze and place it in the kiln again – this time to fire at 1220 degrees. After another 36 hours, your piece is beautiful, shiny, very durable, and fully functional. You can now use it every day, put it in the dishwasher and be proud of yourself. 🙂
