Fresh Ceramics would like to start the Christmas season with you and therefore we now offer a Christmas Edition of our popular Wine&Clay modeling course – come by now for Punch&Clay!

Throughout the winter season, we’ll give you the opportunity to get acquainted with clay, learn modeling techniques, and enjoy homemade punch and delicious Christmas appetizers from Joseph Brot. Even more, the class will last longer than our regular modeling classes and you will also have more clay available for your pottery. All of this is already included in the price.

+ What you will do
In this course you will perfect your very own ceramic creation under the guidance of our experienced ceramists*. It’s fun, social, and everyone makes something! We will focus on form and texture to make your vessel; be it a vase, flower pot, mug, or something only you know how to make! During the class, we will teach the basic steps of coiling technique. This course includes a finished masterpiece that we will fire for you at 960° C and then professionally glaze with transparent glaze (and then fire again at 1220° C) so it can be picked up about 2-3 weeks later. Yes, it’s functional – you can eat from it, drink from it, and it’s dishwasher and microwave safe.

This class is ideal for ALL ceramic beginners*.

The number of people is limited to 12 people. All materials, instructions, a fully functioning masterpiece and a few cups of punch and wine and appetizers are included. For those who do not drink punch, we have also prepared wine or non-alcoholic drinks. So there is something for everyone!
