We cordially invite all those who enjoy hand modeling in good company to visit us on Friday evenings in our beautiful studio in Neubau. In addition to an introduction to the craft of clay modeling, we also provide colorful underglazes (engobes) for painting your ceramics, stoneware clay, the necessary tools and, of course, good wine to ensure a great and exuberant atmosphere.

+ What you will do
In this 3-hour workshop, you will perfect your own ceramic creation under the guidance of our experienced ceramists. It’s fun, cozy and everyone makes something! We’ll learn the basic techniques of hand modeling while making fully functional and durable pieces. You can choose whether you want to make two small or one large piece, both options are included in the price.
In this course you will not only work on the shape of your ceramic piece, but also try out the engobes – the special underglaze color that you can apply directly to the raw clay. This gives you endless possibilities to make your masterpiece the most beautiful: small flowers, hearts or perhaps stripes… you can realize your own ideas or be inspired by ours!

This course includes one large or two small finished masterpieces, which we fire for you at 960°C and then professionally glaze with transparent glaze (to be fired again at 1220°C). The pieces will be ready for collection 3 weeks after the course day. Please make a note of this day in advance, as we do not send out notifications.
And yes, it’s functional – you can eat and drink from it and it’s dishwasher and microwave safe.

This class is ideal for ALL ceramic beginners (no experience necessary!)

+ The Clay Night Private
If you book for 10 people, you will get your own big, beautiful table just for your group. The same applies for 20 people. We move 2 tables closer together and you celebrate! If you want to invite 15 guests but want to be alone at 2 big tables, you have to book for 18 people (same goes for any number of people between 10 and 18). We cannot accommodate more than 10 people at a table, please keep this in mind when booking :)

The number of people is limited to 27. All materials, instructions, 1 or 2 fully functional masterpieces and of course a few glasses of wine for each person are included in the price. :)
