If you want to glaze something with our professional high temperature glazes this workshop is just right for you!

For €25, you’ll receive a detailed introduction from our experienced ceramic artists, allowing you to glaze your piece just the way you like it. Firing costs are calculated on-site based on the weight of your artwork. We can’t wait to see your creativity!

+ What you will do

For example, you attended one of our modeling classes and now you want to come back to put the finishing touches on your pieces with our wide selection of glazes under the guidance of our ceramists? Then choose one of the available dates and select the corresponding price option based on the course you previously attended.

You have 2 hours to glaze your piece at your own pace. The price includes an introduction to the key rules for applying stoneware glazes. Firing and glazing costs are calculated on-site based on the size and weight of your piece, with a firing price of 11.90 euros per kilo.

After the course your pieces will be fired at 1200 degrees in the kiln. This takes about 35 hours. After firing, your pieces are fully functional – you can eat and drink out of them and put them in the dishwasher!

If you have attended one of our courses where the glazing workshop is already included in the price, you can simply check our calendar for an available slot and email us at hello@freshceramics.at with your preferred date and the booking number of your previous course. We will then book you into a glazing workshop of your choice for free.

PS: Your pieces will be ready for pickup after two to three weeks! Please note that you will not receive an additional notification from us. You can stop by anytime during our opening hours and check the Pick-Up shelf for your creations.
