This festive season, you can make a beautiful lantern out of speckled stoneware clay! We warmly invite you to a special ceramics workshop in our studio in Neubau, where you will design and build a clay house in a cosy atmosphere!

What to expect:
• Your lantern design:
Let your creativity run wild!
Start by brainstorming and sketching your ideas. We will help you with inspiration, but the final design is entirely up to you. Our lanterns, inspired by cozy houses, are made from red stoneware clay.
• Shaping and modeling:
Using the slab technique, we show you how to create enchanting three-dimensional lantern houses. Bring them to life with details and textures! We will also use white engobe (underglaze) to decorate the roofs of your lanterns with a layer of snow.
