Shorter fingernails and clothes you don’t mind getting a bit messy are also helpful. While we provide aprons, clay can still find its way onto your outfit – but don’t worry, it washes out easily.

Log into your account (If you haven’t created an account yet, you can do so on the login page. Any bookings made before creating your account will be automatically linked.)

Go to the “Orders” tab.

Click “Edit” next to the booking you’d like to change.

Select either “Reschedule” or “Refund” from the menu that appears.

Check your details and confirm the rescheduling/refund.

Please note: Rescheduling or cancellations are not possible within 24 hours of your course.

You can request a refund up to 24 hours after making your original booking – also through your account.

If you booked within 24 hours before the class starts, a refund or rescheduling is no longer possible.

Rescheduling and cancelling Painting Studio sessions

If you booked a free painting slot, you can cancel or reschedule your session yourself at any time using the link in your confirmation email.

For paid group bookings (5+ people):

• Full or partial refund available up to 72 hours in advance via your customer account

• Rescheduling possible up to 12 hours in advance, also via your account

Rescheduling and cancelling private workshops

Email notification required:

• At least 3 months in advance (Sep–Mar)

• At least 1 month in advance (Apr–Aug)

Individual spots can be refunded up to 24 hours in advance.

Minimum group size: 10 people.
